Absences may be reported by calling 916-683-1339 during office hours: 8:15 am – 4:15 pm on regular school days.

 

During office hours, all-day absences may be reported by using option 0 to leave a message.  When leaving a message, please provide the student’s name, ID number, date or dates of absence, parent’s or guardian’s name, a valid call-back phone number and the reason for the absence: for example, illness, medical appointment, personal or mental health.  Please speak slowly and clearly when leaving a message to ensure correct absence reporting.

 

If your student is arriving late or leaving early, please call 916-683-1339 during office hours and use option 1 to speak to an attendance office staff person.
